Cone-PDC composite drill bit

On August 22nd, the cone-PDC compound drill bit was mass produced in the gemstone machinery Chengdu Gems Company.

At the end of July, the new cone-PDC composite drill developed by the gemstone machinery Chengdu Gemei Company completed the test in the Ma 002-H1 development well constructed in Sichuan Maliuchang, and the first test on the field was successful. This drill bit fills the gap in China's petroleum drill bit products.

Ma 002-H1 Well is a development well of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company located in the construction of Maliuchang, Sichuan, with a designed well depth of 3,114 meters. The drill bit of this test was drilled from the well depth of 1015.86 meters to 1232.34 meters, passing through the four to two layers, the total footage was 216.48 meters, the pure drilling time was 51.42 hours, and the average hourly mechanical drilling rate was 4.21 meters. The on-site drilling test was successfully completed. Good results.
