PDC bit drilling operations requirement 

(1) When the drill bit is in contact with the bottom of the well, make a bottom hole shape and drill a 0.5-1m with light pressure (5KN-10KN) to form a new bottom hole that matches the contour of the PDC bit before starting normal drilling.

(2) Pressurized drilling, due to increased torque, turntable speed fluctuations, to adjust the weight and speed to prevent broken teeth cut.

(3) After a single root and then slowly contact the bottom of the well to prevent damage to the cutting teeth impact.
